As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils within the classroom to enhance their learning and engagement.
• Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning objectives.
• Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom organisation.
• Encourage positive behaviour and promote a safe learning environment.
• Support pupils with additional learning needs where required.
• Help foster pupils' confidence, independence, and social development.

• Has experience working with children in a school, childcare, or youth setting (desirable but not essential).
• Is patient, caring, and enthusiastic.
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Works well as part of a team and can use their own initiative.
• Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Has a genuine interest in education and supporting young learners.
