Admissions & Marketing Officer (Admissions Lead)

Notting Hill & Ealing High School, one of London’s leading independent girls’ day schools, is looking for an Admissions and Marketing Officer (Admissions Lead). The post holder plays a lead role in delivering a welcoming, seamless and high-quality admissions experience for prospective students and their families. They will manage enquiries, coordinate visits and events, and guide families through every stage of the admissions journey – converting interest into enrolment to maximise student acquisition.

Responsibilities
  • Lead day‑to‑day admissions process
  • Manage enquiries and application submissions
  • Coordinate school visits and events for prospective families
  • Guide families through the admissions journey and maximise enrolment

  • Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
