Location: Ealing, West London
Pay: £110-£130 per day, depending on experience and/or qualifications
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Temp to Perm

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant with a strong English/Literacy background to join a supportive Alternative Provision in Ealing.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience working with secondary-aged pupils and is confident supporting students with their learning, particularly across English and literacy
.

You will work alongside teaching staff to support pupils in the classroom, help them stay engaged with their learning and provide encouragement and guidance throughout the school day.

• Support teaching and learning across the classroom, with a particular focus on English and literacy
• Work with secondary-aged pupils on a one-to-one and small-group basis
• Help pupils stay focused, engaged and motivated with their learning
• Provide support with English work, reading, writing and general literacy
• Build positive and professional relationships with pupils
• Support positive behaviour and contribute to a calm and safe learning environment
• Work closely with teachers and other members of staff to support pupils' individual needs
