English Teacher

Envision Education are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate SEND Teacher to join a specialist school in West London.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated teacher who is committed to supporting pupils with special educational needs and helping them achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will join a supportive and experienced team within a specialist educational setting.

As a SEND Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils. You will work closely with teaching assistants, support staff and the wider school team to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

You will be supporting pupils with a range of additional needs and should be confident adapting your teaching approach to suit different learning styles, abilities and communication needs.

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual pupil needs
• Differentiate learning to support a range of abilities and additional needs
• Create a positive, structured and nurturing classroom environment
• Monitor pupil progress and contribute to individual education plans
• Work closely with Teaching Assistants and other support staff
• Build strong, positive relationships with pupils
• Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development
• Maintain high expectations while providing appropriate support
• Work collaboratively with parents, carers and other professionals where required

QTS is preferred
, although candidates with strong relevant SEND teaching experience may also be considered.
