Immediate Start | Full-Time | Long-Term

We are working with a supportive specialist school in Ealing looking for a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher to join their team.

The Role

You will be teaching pupils with a range of SEND and complex needs
, creating an engaging, inclusive and supportive learning environment.

  • Planning and delivering differentiated and engaging lessons
  • Supporting pupils with autism, learning difficulties and complex needs
  • Adapting lessons and resources to individual needs
  • Managing behaviour using positive and consistent strategies
  • Tracking pupil progress and contributing to EHCP targets
  • Working closely with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs and external professionals
  • Promoting independence, communication and confidence
We Are Looking For
  • QTS or relevant teaching qualification
  • Previous experience teaching within SEND / specialist settings
  • Experience supporting pupils with complex needs
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Patient, enthusiastic and pupil-focused approach
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Must hold both Child & Adult DBS
