Provide calm classroom, one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with additional social, emotional and behavioural needs. Follow agreed regulation and behaviour plans, reinforce positive routines, adapt learning activities and work consistently with teachers, pastoral staff and therapists.
QTS is not required for this classroom-support role. Relevant SEN-school and positive-behaviour-support experience are required.
