, with responsibility for planning, teaching and assessing a KS2 class.

. The school is looking for a reliable and experienced teacher who can maintain high expectations, support pupil progress and contribute positively to the wider school community.

As the KS2 Teacher
, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the KS2 curriculum
• Prepare pupils effectively for Key Stage 2 SATs
• Use assessment information to identify gaps and plan targeted support
• Differentiate learning to meet a range of abilities and additional needs
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour, effort and achievement
• Create a positive, structured and inclusive classroom environment
• Monitor pupil progress and provide clear feedback

The ideal KS2 Teacher will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have experience teaching within Key Stage 2
• Ideally have previous KS2 and SATs preparation experience
• Demonstrate strong curriculum knowledge and assessment skills
• Have effective behaviour and classroom management
