Senior Revit Technician

Location: Perivale

Having recently expanded into new office premises, the business continues to build on its strong reputation within the building services sector. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative design team of approximately 25 engineers, working alongside experienced Revit and CAD technicians on a diverse portfolio of projects. What you'll be doing:
As a Building Services Revit Technician, you will be responsible for producing high-quality mechanical and electrical services drawings and models for a range of building projects. You will work closely with engineers and fellow technicians to deliver coordinated design solutions across multiple sectors. Projects include:
Commercial office developments Retail outlets Industrial warehouses Manufacturing facilities What you'll have: A minimum of 2 years' experience using Revit MEP within a building services environment The ability to work independently and manage the production of mechanical and electrical services drawings Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with engineers, designers, and fellow technicians Experience coordinating building services designs within multidisciplinary project teams
