You will be on-site, ensuring M&E installations meet project specs and quality standards, while coordinating with engineers and subcontractors to drive handover readiness.
Ideal candidates have M&E/building services QA/QC experience, familiarity with ITPs, inspections and NCRs, and a strong eye for documentation. Rail project exposure is highly beneficial.
