Finance Business Partner; SaaS

Marc Daniels is working with a well-established SaaS business.

They're looking for an Finance Business Partner to join their team.

This is a high-profile role. You'll look at how the business invests in its products, technology and AI, and what that investment delivers. It's an ideal next step for a finance business partner who wants real exposure to a technology business and a clear path to grow.

• Partnering R&D, Product and IT leadership on spend, forecasts and investment decisions
• Building and owning product-level P&Ls and unit economics
• Tracking R&D delivery and spend against the roadmap and investment cases
• Creating business cases for new R&D, AI and infrastructure investment, and reviewing outcomes afterwards
• Analysing hosting and infrastructure costs and maintaining cost models
• Building dashboards and reporting that give leadership clear, timely visibility of spend

• 3+ years in FP&A or business partnering, ideally supporting technical or product teams
• Strong Excel and modelling skills, including P&L builds, cost allocation and scenario analysis
• Confident communicator who can challenge senior non-finance stakeholders
• CFA, ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or part qualified
• SaaS or software industry experience SQL or Python
• Exposure to Agile delivery or Jira

The office is easily commutable by road and rail, with two days a week on site.
