Dealer Finance & Commercial Executive Location West London, 5 days/week onsite About the Role We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Dealer Finance & Commercial Executive to support the management and growth of our dealer funding and vehicle finance programmes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with automotive finance experience who enjoys building relationships, analysing data, and contributing to commercial success within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Working closely with dealership partners, finance providers, and internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering effective finance solutions, supporting treasury activities, and helping drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities Support the management and ongoing development of dealer funding and vehicle finance programmes. Act as a primary point of contact for dealership partners, providing guidance, resolving queries, and delivering a high standard of support. Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking, funding, and finance partners. Assist with the onboarding, implementation, and integration of new finance providers and commercial partners.

Coordinate the launch of new finance products, dealer campaigns, and business initiatives. Monitor dealer performance and identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and improve commercial outcomes. Analyse business performance and market data to support strategic decision-making and risk management. Track automotive finance market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities and potential risks. Support treasury operations, including payment processing, fund transfers, reconciliations, and banking administration.

Produce reports, perform financial and commercial analysis, and contribute to ad hoc projects across finance and commercial teams. Collaborate with internal departments to improve processes, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver an excellent customer experience. About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Previous experience within the automotive finance sector. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify key trends. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the confidence to build relationships at all levels. Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines within a fast-paced environment. A proactive and adaptable approach, with a willingness to take ownership and drive initiatives forward.

Experience using ERP systems or SAP would be advantageous, although not essential. Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
