Monday to Friday 9am-5pm Salary: £12.75 per hour About the Role We are looking for a reliable, personable and well-presented Porter to join the team at a traditional and well-maintained mansion block in West London on a fixed-term basis. This will be for circa 2 months. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a high standard of service and presentation.

The successful candidate will be a friendly and approachable presence within the building, providing excellent service to residents while helping to ensure the communal areas and surrounding grounds are kept clean, tidy and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities Welcoming and assisting residents, visitors and contractors in a professional and courteous manner. Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of communal areas, entrances, hallways and other shared spaces. Assisting residents with day-to-day requests and enquiries. Receiving and managing deliveries and parcels where required. Monitoring access to the building and maintaining a safe and secure environment. Liaising with contractors and assisting with access to apartments and communal areas.

Reporting maintenance issues, defects or health and safety concerns to the appropriate person. Assisting with the upkeep of the building's exterior areas and grounds. Moving bins and assisting with refuse and recycling arrangements. Carrying out routine checks of the building and reporting any issues promptly. Supporting the wider management team with general porterage and building duties as required. About You We are looking for someone who is:
Reliable, punctual and hardworking. Friendly, polite and professional in dealing with residents and visitors. Well presented and takes pride in their work. Practical and willing to get involved with a range of day-to-day tasks. Able to work independently and use initiative. Comfortable working in a residential environment where discretion and good customer service are important. Physically able to undertake the practical aspects of the role, including moving bins, deliveries and other items.

Previous experience as a porter, caretaker, concierge, building attendant or in a similar residential role would be an advantage, but is not essential. A DBS is required for this role.
