Strive Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Soldering Operative to join a well-established and growing electronics manufacturer. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled candidate looking for a long-term, temp-to-perm position with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities:

* Soldering PCB (Printed Circuit Board) assemblies to a high standard

* Working with small components and intricate wiring

* Following technical drawings and assembly instructions

* Conducting quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance

* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

* Previous experience soldering PCB boards (essential)

* Good attention to detail and manual dexterity

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

* Reliable, punctual and able to work Monday to Friday

* Available to start ASAP
