Role Overview:
JATO is looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead marketing for our Leasing and Professional Services vertical. You’ll shape and deliver integrated go-to-market programmes that build awareness, engage priority audiences and create qualified pipeline across our solutions portfolio.

Working at the heart of the vertical, you’ll partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success and Commercial Leadership to translate business priorities into focused, measurable marketing activity. This is a hands‑on individual contributor role with the scope to influence senior stakeholders, activate compelling propositions and demonstrate clear commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned to the vertical’s commercial objectives.
• Design and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, content, account-based marketing, events, partnerships and email.
• Generate high-quality leads and turn marketing activity into measurable pipeline and revenue.
• Build clear, sector-specific messaging and support product launches, proposition development and market expansion.
• Use customer, market and competitor insight to identify opportunities and strengthen campaigns.
• Grow JATO’s profile through thought leadership, industry relationships, events, webinars and speaking opportunities.
• Set campaign KPIs, report on performance and optimise budget investment for return.
• Equip Sales with effective assets, nurture journeys and market insight.

Key Requirements:

• 4+ years of B2B marketing experience in a Tech/SaaS environment.
• Confident in developing marketing strategies and translating them into actionable plans.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience measuring performance and managing budgets.
• Proven track record in executing global and local marketing campaigns.
• Strong lead generation and integrated marketing expertise.
• Ability to simplify complex propositions into clear, compelling messaging.
• Customer-centric mindset with strong analytical skills.
• The ability to influence stakeholders, communicate clearly and manage competing priorities.
• Project management experience and familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Understanding of partner/channel marketing.
• A CIM qualification or equivalent marketing certification is desirable.
