Community Engagement Lead

This is a brand-new pilot project designed to make a real difference. The charity supports young people to move towards employment, helping them build confidence and overcome barriers that may be holding them back.

You’ll be the driving force behind the project — building relationships with key partners such as Job Centres, youth charities and colleges to ensure young people know where they can access tailored support. You’ll raise awareness locally, promote the programme and drive referrals so more young people can benefit.

To apply , you must have experience working in a similar role where you’ve liaised with key stakeholders to achieve clear outcomes. This could involve promoting a service to generate referrals into a programme. Alternatively, you may come from a strong business-to-business sales or employer engagement background and be looking to use those skills in a more community-focused role.

This is a 12 month contract.  You must live within an hours travel of either Ealing or Brent via public transport (parking is not paid so driving would not be practical)
