Red 5 People is recruiting Employment Advisors for a large charity with long-term funded contracts. Roles are based in Ealing and surrounding boroughs, working in the community to help health‑condition or disabled clients return to work. You’ll be trained as an IPS Employment Specialist and travel between partner sites; all travel is paid. Hours are Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm, with a typical caseload of about 25 participants.
