Customer Service Assistant

Role Overview

Your role will focus on the customer experience across all aspects of the store. You will ensure parking is convenient, trolleys are easy to reach, assistance is readily available, stock is well organized, deliveries are on time, and payment processes are friendly and efficient.

• Deliver excellent customer service and support during all store operations.
• Maintain a welcoming and well-stocked store environment.
• Help customers with directions, product location, and inquiries.
• Assist with the handling of deliveries and inventory placement.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
• Support team members and collaborate on daily store tasks.

The role requires one weekday and one weekend day per week. Shift patterns are as follows:

• Position 1:
  Sunday 10:00am – 4:30pm;
  Monday 12:00pm – 6:30pm.
• Position 2:
  Friday 12:00pm – 8:30pm;
  Saturday 12:00pm – 7:30pm.

• Customer‑focused attitude and strong communication skills.
• Prior experience in a similar retail or customer service role is preferred.

• Competitive pay: £12.71 per hour (21+), £12.00 per hour (18–20), £8.82 per hour (under 18).
• Earn up to £300 per month through a gain‑share bonus.
