About the Role:

Aston Rowe have an exciting opportunity for a Saturday Viewings Assistant to join their sales team based in Acton, West London.

Aston Rowe is a well-established market leading Sales, Lettings and New Homes Estate Agency with a great reputation. We are looking for a viewings assistant to help with our busy Saturdays.

Saturday Viewings Assistant
- Key Responsibilities:

Briefing prospective buyers and on the property's key benefits
Conducting viewings with prospective buyers
Answering general enquires
Providing excellent customer service
Ensuring administrative records are kept up to date at all times
Ensuring client feedback and high standards of care are adhered to at all times
Ensuring all viewings are followed up and feedback provided to the landlord

Saturday Viewings Assistant - You:

Excellent time management
Knowledge of West London
Good communication skills
Computer literate and well presented Requirements

Full drivers' licence
Own carThis is a Saturday position with the hours of 9:30am to 4pm every week.
