Are you an experienced Social Worker looking for your next opportunity in London?

We are currently recruiting experienced Social Workers to join the Ealing MAST team, offering an excellent £39.04 per hour rate alongside hybrid working.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and experienced practitioner who is able to work effectively within a multi-agency environment and who is passionate about achieving positive outcomes for children and families.

As a Social Worker within Ealing MAST, you will work collaboratively with partner agencies and professionals, using your social work expertise to contribute to effective safeguarding, assessment and decision-making.

You will need to be confident managing complex situations, gathering and analysing information, undertaking assessments and using professional judgement to identify risk and need.

• Proven experience in statutory children's social work
• Strong safeguarding and assessment experience
• Excellent understanding of children's social care legislation and practice
• Experience working with complex and challenging cases
• Strong multi-agency working skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• The confidence to make robust professional decisions
• A proactive and child-focused approach
• Current Social Work England registration
