What you will do

  • Lead and manage the MASH Team effectively, ensuring safeguarding concerns are identified and addressed promptly.
  • Supervise and support social work team members, enhancing performance and professional development.
  • Liaise with other agencies and partners for a cohesive safeguarding approach.
  • Oversee decision-making processes and assure quality assurance in service delivery.
