The Role

As Senior Fine Art Shipping Executive, you'll be central to the shipping team's success, managing the full spectrum of international art shipments. From documentation and HMRC compliance to coordinating with clients and internal departments, you'll ensure every shipment—whether exhibition, airfreight, or sea freight—runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing all export processes and coordinating exhibition imports

* Completing customs documentation and ensuring full HMRC compliance

* Liaising directly with high-profile clients, keeping them informed throughout

* Preparing quotations and processing invoicing

* Coordinating with transport, packing, and storage teams

* Maintaining accurate shipment records and internal logistics systems

What We're Looking For

This role requires a seasoned professional with proven fine art shipping experience. You'll have in-depth knowledge of international shipping procedures, be confident managing multiple complex shipments simultaneously, and possess excellent client communication skills. Your attention to detail will be impeccable, and you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where problem-solving and proactive thinking are essential.
