A leading provider in vehicle fleet maintenance is seeking skilled Vehicle Technicians to join their growing team. This role focuses on the maintenance and repair of vehicle‑powered (electric and diesel engines) transport refrigeration units and light commercial fleet vehicles, ensuring reliability, safety, and exceptional service delivery. There are five locations around Greater London, (Crawley, Croydon, Greenford, Enfield and Aylesford).

Role Overview

You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on fleet vehicles and will receive training on the refrigerated aspect of the delivery fleet. The position requires flexibility, strong technical capability, and a commitment to maintaining excellent customer service standards.

You will need to have a level 3 NVQ or IMI 3 qualification in light vehicle maintenance or a suitable alternative.

The team members work hard and earns extremely well, with weekly alternate shift patterns. You will get generous overtime rates and there is plenty of work available. It is not for the faint hearted, but if you enjoy this type of work, are a grafter and need to earn, then this is perfect for you.

The company is a global transportation business and this role is part of the team that manages the contract for a 5000 vehicle fleet. You will be able to build upon your existing skills and build a career here.
