Warehouse Operative – Parcel Sorting, Loading & Unloading
Greenford | £13.21 per hour | Night Shift | 00:00–03:00 start times
Aligra are recruiting on behalf of our client for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join a busy parcel hub in Greenford. This is a fast-paced night role where you’ll be part of a team keeping parcels moving efficiently through the operation.
If you’re looking for ongoing warehouse work with plenty of shifts available across a 7-day operation, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
Have you worked for DHL, Yodel, DPD, UPS or Royal Mail? Well, this could be the job for you!

Your responsibilities will include:
* Sorting parcels accurately by postcode, route and delivery area
* Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
* Scanning, handling and moving parcels through the warehouse
* Ensuring parcels are placed in the correct bays or cages
* Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working area
* Following health & safety procedures at all times
* Working to tight deadlines in a busy night-time operation
What we’re looking for:
* A strong work ethic and a reliable attitude
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to work well as part of a team
* Flexibility to work nights, including weekends
* Safety boots and high-visibility vest are essential
