• As the Service Technician, you will be directly responsible for helping to keep our guest’s cars running at peak performance.
• Day to day you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive vehicle inspections, identifying mechanical concerns, and providing an accurate diagnosis for each customer’s vehicle.
• You are responsible for executing complex repairs on various vehicle systems, such as brakes, suspension, and electrical components.
• While utilizing cutting‑edge diagnostic tools and equipment, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical problems efficiently.
• Our Service Technicians are required to maintain detailed records of services performed and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating effectively with the Assistant Service Managers to provide timely and clear explanations of the repairs needed and answer any associated questions.

• Proven prior experience as an automotive technician.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical components.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills are required.
• A clean driving record is a mandatory requirement in addition to a valid in‑state license and automobile insurance.
• Must possess a commitment to creating a positive work environment.

• Previous formal automotive training or certification is desirable.
• Experience with Toyota Service and/or products is preferred.
• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
