CNC Field Service Engineer

$35.00/hr - $50.00/hr

• Install, commission, and troubleshoot CNC machines
• Perform ball screw replacements, alignments, and precision leveling
• Work with hydrostatic ways, servo motors, drives, and control systems
• Handle electrical work up to 480v and all related diagnostics
• Perform mechanical repairs and complete PM service
• Read electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic schematics
• Provide customer training and on-site support
• Document service findings and maintain clear communication with the team

• Extensive CNC field service background
• Strong electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic skills
• Experience with servo systems, controls, and machine geometry
• Ability to travel 95% of the time with some international trips and be gone for a couple weeks at a time as needed.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-facing skills
