PACS Group seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis in Easley, South Carolina. The PT will evaluate and treat residents, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to maximize mobility, function, and independence.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with preferred advanced degrees. Prior skilled nursing or rehab experience and SC licensure are expected;
Casamba and PCC experience is a plus.
