We are looking for a/an Night Shift Repair Assembly Technician to join our  team in United States.

• Clean, disassemble and inspect used pumps and sub-assemblies and prepare related reports.
• Make minor repairs to worn parts as necessary.
• Rebuild used pumps and sub-assemblies to Sulzer specifications.
• Perform all in-process quality inspections as described in the quality plans and work instructions.
• Maintain short thru-put time for re-builds / repairs.
• Visit regional customers to promote rebuild program and to pickup and deliver assemblies as necessary.
• Maintain inventory of components and assemblies associated with the re-build program.

• High School Diploma/ GED required, related two-year technical degree preferred.
• Minimum five-years experience in all aspects of the assembly of centrifugal process pumps required.
• Two-years welding and/or manual machining experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints with both English and Metric dimensioning required.
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Computer skills:
  Microsoft Office products.
