• Clean, disassemble and inspect used pumps and sub-assemblies and prepare related reports.
• Make minor repairs to worn parts as necessary.
• Rebuild used pumps and sub-assemblies to Sulzer specifications.
• Perform all in-process quality inspections as described in the quality plans and work instructions.
• Maintain short throughput time for rebuilds / repairs.
• Visit regional customers to promote rebuild program and to pick up and deliver assemblies as necessary.
• Maintain inventory of components and assemblies associated with re-build program.

• High School Diploma / GED required, related two-year technical degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience in all aspects of the assembly of centrifugal process pumps required.
• Two years of welding and/or manual machining experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints with both English and metric dimensioning required.
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Computer skills:
  Microsoft Office products.
