Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) – U.S. Renal Care

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at U.S. Renal Care, you will be a vital member of a cross‑functional team, working under the supervision of a Charge Nurse and leading Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to provide dialysis care to patients living with kidney disease.

• Patient Care – Provide safe, comfortable, and high‑quality dialysis treatment, complete and document physical assessments before and after treatments, and monitor patients during sessions.
• Medication Management – Review monthly patient medication profiles and administer medications per physician orders.
• Team Collaboration – Participate in interdisciplinary care planning, assist in staff scheduling, and ensure staffing ratios meet state regulations.
• Safety & Quality – Follow company policies, state and federal regulations, attend required staff meetings, and engage in continuing education.

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• One or more years of nursing experience (preferred).
• Previous dialysis nursing experience (preferred).
