** Position Summary
** As a
** Unit Manager (LPN)**, you will oversee clinical operations for your assigned unit, ensuring residents receive high-quality, consistent care. You will lead nursing staff, coordinate care, and serve as a key resource for residents, families, and team members.### ###
** Key Responsibilities
*** Supervise and support
** nursing staff (CNAs & LPNs)
** on assigned unit
* Ensure delivery of
** high-quality, resident-centered care
*** Coordinate
** care planning, admissions, and discharges
*** Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care team
* Maintain accurate and compliant
** clinical documentation
*** Ensure adherence to
** state, federal, and facility regulations
*** Serve as a leader and mentor, promoting teamwork and accountability
* Assist with coverage for call-outs as needed### ###
** Qualifications
* ** Active, unencumbered
** LPN license in South Carolina (required)**
* ** Prior nursing experience required** *(not open to new graduates)*
* ** Current CPR certification required
*** Must maintain all required continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
* Experience with
** Point Click Care  (PCC) preferred
*** Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
