Sulzer provides spare parts quotations and order entry support to distributors, agents and end-customers. Enter Spare Part Orders into SAP, maintain quotation logs, and promote Sulzer's value-added products and services.
You will communicate with customers by email, phone or in person, track order status, expedites as necessary, and handle billing inquiries. Travel for customer visits is required, and ISO 9001 procedures are followed.
