About the roleJob Summary
Provides spare parts quotations to distributors, agents and end-customers. Enter Spare Part Orders into SAP. Maintain Spare Part Quotation log. Promote Sulzer's value-added products and services - Responsible for communicating with customers by email, phone or in person.
- Promote spare parts agreements with end-users in cooperation with Account Managers.
- Create quotations for spare parts.
- Compile, sort and verify accuracy of order to be entered, keep records of work completed.
- Receive and enters orders for spare parts.
- Track the status of spare parts orders and expedites as necessary. Look after partial shipments.
- Address complaints concerning billing and/or services.
- Direct information concerning customer dissatisfaction to the designated department for investigation.
- Accurately calculate discounts, interest and commissions.
- Travel for customer visits.
- Update reference data base for installed pumps.
- Take care of sending original documents for all spare parts orders.
- Follow quality procedures according to ISO 9001.
