Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Salary: $23-$28/hour (BOE)

Our client is seeking a Maintenance Technician who enjoys diagnosing complex equipment issues, minimizing downtime, and keeping production running efficiently. Whatyour future day will look like:
- Troubleshoot and repair CNC machinery, automated equipment, and facility systems
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues and implement effective repairs
- Support CNC controls, PLCs, servo motors, drives, sensors, and related automation components
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation
- Partner with Production and Engineering teams to resolve equipment problems and reduce downtime
- Maintain repair records and assist with developing maintenance procedures and documentation
- Recommend and implement improvements that increase reliability, efficiency, and overall equipment performance
- Assist with spare parts inventory management and equipment readiness
- Follow all safety guidelines, including lockout/tagout procedures and safe maintenance practices

Type:
Direct Hire
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Advanced technical training in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, automation, or a related field preferred
- 1+ year of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Knowledge of PLCs, CNC controls, VFDs, servo drives, sensors, and motion control systems
- Experience maintaining CNC equipment and supporting automated manufacturing equipment; robotics will be a huge plus!
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
