• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and inquiries
• Apply sales principles to drive sales and meet performance goals
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure a positive experience
• Maintain a customer-focused attitude at all times
• Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Handle the physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods, moving, reaching, grabbing, and occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching

• Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive attitude
• Proficient in verbal and written English communication
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and take initiative with minimal supervision
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and eager to deliver outstanding service

$17.00 per hour plus bonuses based on sales performance
