Griswold Care for the Greater Twin Cities is looking to hire a part-time Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to help senior clients maintain their dignity and independence by providing non-medical care and home companionship around the East Bethel area.

$19.00/hr – $24.00/hr

Griswold Home Care was founded in 1982 and operates in more than 170 locations across 30 states. We provide compassionate, non-medical home care, homemaking, and companionship services.

As a PCA, you provide meaningful companionship and caregiving assistance to senior clients within their homes. You arrive punctually, greet clients cheerfully, assess and prioritize tasks, and complete duties such as meal preparation, grocery shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing. You preserve clients’ dignity, maintain proper personal hygiene, and occasionally assist those with cognitive impairments or dementia. You communicate proactively with the office, log accurate documentation, and contribute to safe and continuous care.

• Minimum age 18 years
• Willingness to travel up to 25 miles

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Two or more years of home care experience is a plus; caring for a loved one counts. We provide training for qualified candidates.

Flexible scheduling with opportunities for day and night shifts. Care may range from as little as 4 hours to 24-hour care depending on client needs.
