We are hiring a Facilities Technician I to maintain the appearance, structure, and safety of our buildings, vehicles, and grounds. The role involves general maintenance tasks and teaching basic trade skills to residents in vocational training programs.

Monday‑Friday evenings. Competitive hourly pay: $20.00‑$22.00. • Maintain buildings, grounds, and facility vehicles
• Perform basic repairs, landscaping, and furniture upkeep
• Assist with construction and equipment troubleshooting
• Ensure safety compliance and support vocational training programs

• Lift up to 70 pounds unassisted; 125+ pounds with assistance
• Stand and walk for extended periods (2‑4 hours)
• Climb ladders, work at tall heights, crawl in tight spaces
• Twist, bend, and stretch to execute daily maintenance activities

• High School diploma or GED
• 2 years related work experience in building maintenance, construction, or a related trade
• Proven skills in at least 2 of: plumbing, woodworking, general electrical, vehicle maintenance, or landscaping
• Ability to meet Life Safety codes
• Strong relationship building with diverse individuals or communities
• Open to meeting cultural needs of individuals or communities
• Valid driver’s license; meet state regulating agency and Home Office driving requirements
