Automotive Dispatcher

Description

All American Subaru in Old Bridge is looking for an Automotive Dispatcher to join our family owned and operated high volume dealership. We are looking for a highly motivated, career driven individual to join us. This position requires a high-level of customer and employee interaction, so the ideal candidate must possess the ability to provide a strong level of customer service.

This position has the compensation of $25 hourly, plus commission.

Responsibilities:

• Implements and maintains an effective dispatch system while managing XX techs and XXX active tickets at a time
• Work with our Service Manager to control the flow of work through the shop to ensure repairs get completed in a timely manner
• Oversee the shop operations, including scheduling service appointments, coordinating technicians, and optimizing routes for efficiency
• Collaborate with the operations team to prioritize service requests, allocate resources effectively, and maintain service standards
• Ensures that technicians follow warranty material disposition procedures
• Review hard copies of repair orders turned in by technicians to ensure that assigned work has been performed and the repair order has been completed properly
• Reviews job status frequently, logging status and reporting any change in time or cost estimates to the appropriate service advisor and/or customer
• Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings

Requirements

• Must have valid license
• Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Ability to pass background check required
