The Strategic Accounts Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the New Jersey Strategic Account Executive team by delivering actionable insights, managing key account data, and assisting with strategic planning initiatives to drive growth and strengthen client relationships. This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently, and a disciplined approach to achieving results.

Office

Location:

Will be working from the office location of 1 Tower Center Blvd, East Brunswick, NJ at least 1 day per week. Flexibility needed to work additional days in office as business needs require.

This position follows a hybrid schedule 1 day a week in East Brunswick, NJ office.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards for Strategic Account Executives and leadership
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret account performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Ensure accurate and up to date records of strategic accounts within Solaris and Salesforce systems
  • Assist in tracking account renewals and progress toward team objectives
  • Support strategic initiatives, including pricing analysis and performance benchmarking
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Field Account Management, Underwriting, and Implementation to ensure alignment on account strategies
  • Facilitate communication with external stakeholders to resolve client issues and enhance satisfaction
  • Identify process inefficiencies within account management and recommend improvements
  • Generate and manage ad hoc reports as requested
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategic decision-making
  • Investigate internal product, operational, or process inquiries to provide clear and accurate explanations
  • Support as needed initiatives from the New Jersey senior management team

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • 1+ years of experience with customer relationship management tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
  • Willing and able to obtain New Jersey Health & Life Insurance license within 3 months of hire if not currently licensed
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree (or higher)
  • New Jersey Health & Life Insurance license
Work Schedule &

Location:
  • Full-time position (40 hours/week), Monday-Friday
  • Flexibility to work any 8-hour shift during standard business hours (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
  • Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs

    Primary office location:
    East Brunswick, NJ
  • Candidate must be on-site at least one day per week, with additional in office presence as needed
