Business Development Manager

Kavyos Consulting is an IT Staffing Company located in East Brunswick, NJ. We are direct vendors to large and mid‑size companies and have provided them staffing, Salesforce, and other financial transformation services.

• Continuous sales pipeline development through cold calls, e‑mail campaigns, Linked In, and personal networks
• Win new business through end‑to‑end ownership of deal qualification to closure
• Work collaboratively with competency experts, presales, and delivery teams to nurture and convert leads/opportunities to new deals
• Understand strengths to build quality collaterals and prospect pitches through solid research on prospects
• Demonstrate the value Kavyos brings in solving business and IT problems for prospects
• 100% adherence to CRM and internal sales processes
• Individual contributor role with defined target for revenue goals

• Prior IT Services (staffing, Salesforce, or other verticals) sales experience is highly desired
• Proven ability to create leads and manage pipeline
• High levels of energy with a can‑do attitude
• Highly organized across operational and sales process aspects
• Excellent communication skills, confidence, and demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels
• Analytical mindset and stays on top of market and technology trends
• Experience working in an onsite/offshore model and multicultural environment
• Highly proficient in MS Office
• Open to travel for prospect meetings
