Pay: $16–$17 per hour

Schedule:

Full‑time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – East Brunswick is looking for a caring and energetic Toddler Teacher to support our 2‑year‑old classroom. This age group is full of curiosity, growing independence, and big developmental leaps — and we’re seeking someone who can nurture that growth through play, exploration, and routine. If you enjoy working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting and want to join a supportive, team‑focused school, we’d love to meet you.

• Supervise and guide 2‑year‑olds in a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
• Implement play‑based activities that support early language, motor skills, social‑emotional development, and independence.
• Assist with classroom routines including meal times, diapering/potty training, transitions, and rest time.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom that encourages exploration and creativity.
• Communicate positively with families and update them on daily activities and progress.
• Collaborate with co‑teachers and leadership to uphold licensing and center standards.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with toddlers in a childcare, daycare, or preschool setting preferred.
• CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus (not required).
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
• Must meet all New Jersey childcare licensing requirements.
