Pay: $16–$17 per hour

Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – East Brunswick is seeking a warm, energetic Daycare Teacher to support our engaging and fast-paced 2-year-old classroom. Our Twaddler program encourages exploration, independence, early language, and social-emotional growth through hands-on play. If you love working with young children in a daycare or preschool environment and want to be part of a collaborative, supportive team, we’d love to meet you.

• Create a safe, encouraging classroom for active 2-year-olds.
• Support play-based activities that build early learning skills, including language, motor development, and peer interaction.
• Assist with daily routines such as snack time, diapering/potty training, transitions, and rest periods.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom that fosters exploration and curiosity.
• Communicate with families about daily highlights and developmental progress.
• Partner with co-teachers and center leadership to uphold licensing and center standards.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with toddlers in a daycare, preschool, or childcare setting preferred.
• CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus.
• Understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
• Must meet all New Jersey childcare licensing requirements.
