The Learning Experience – East Brunswick is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Our preschool classrooms are designed to spark creativity, build early academic skills, and foster independence through hands‑on, play‑based learning.

• Provide a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for preschool‑age children.
• Lead small‑group activities that support early literacy, math concepts, problem‑solving, and social‑emotional development.
• Encourage creativity through art, music, sensory play, and imaginative learning experiences.
• Support classroom routines including meal times, transitions, toileting, and rest time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom that promotes exploration.
• Communicate daily with families about activities, progress, and important updates.
• Work collaboratively with co‑teachers and center leadership to uphold licensing and quality standards.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children in a preschool, daycare, or childcare setting preferred.
• CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
• Must meet all New Jersey childcare licensing requirements.
• Friendly, dependable, and passionate about early childhood learning.
