CME Associates is seeking a highly motivated Water/Wastewater Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our team in East Brunswick, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your engineering career with a collaborative and innovative team.

Location: East Brunswick, NJ

Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 / year

• Prepare designs, technical specifications, and construction drawings for water distribution, wastewater collection systems, and treatment facilities.
• Conduct hydraulic and hydrologic modeling to optimize system performance and capacity.
• Ensure projects comply with local, state, and federal environmental regulations and permitting requirements.
• Assist municipalities and utilities with meeting NJDEP compliance requirements related to drinking water and wastewater regulations.
• Provide engineering support during construction, including reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, and conducting site visits.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including project managers, surveyors, and environmental scientists, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships by serving as a point of contact, understanding client goals, and ensuring satisfaction throughout projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in water/wastewater engineering, including design and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and hydraulic modeling software (e.g., EPANET, Water
  
  CAD, Sewer
  
  GEMS).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare technical reports and presentations.
