• Assist behavioral therapists in creating effective behavioral therapy programs tailored to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized service plans and provide behavioral interventions in a home setting.
• Actively manage youth with behavioral challenges and maintain a safe and supportive environment.
• Develop and initiate safety standards while instructing youth on positive behavioral practices.
• Monitor and document observations of youth behavior to adjust daily activities in line with therapeutic goals.
• Design and implement engaging recreational activities that support the emotional and social growth of the youth.

• Background in teaching or working with children and adolescents.
• Strong interpersonal skills for maintaining collaborative relationships with families and professionals.
• Thorough understanding of developmental and intellectual disabilities.
• Exceptional time management abilities.
• Bachelor's Degree with one year of work experience, or High School Diploma/GED with at least three years of supervised experience in implementing positive behavior support plans.
• Job-specific training will be provided.
