- Assist behavioral therapists in creating effective behavioral therapy programs tailored to children and adolescents.
- Implement individualized service plans and provide behavioral interventions in a home setting.
- Actively manage youth with behavioral challenges and maintain a safe and supportive environment.
- Develop and initiate safety standards while instructing youth on positive behavioral practices.
- Monitor and document observations of youth behavior to adjust daily activities in line with therapeutic goals.
- Design and implement engaging recreational activities that support the emotional and social growth of the youth.
- Background in teaching or working with children and adolescents.
- Strong interpersonal skills for maintaining collaborative relationships with families and professionals.
- Thorough understanding of developmental and intellectual disabilities.
- Exceptional time management abilities.
- Bachelor's Degree with one year of work experience, or High School Diploma/GED with at least three years of supervised experience in implementing positive behavior support plans.
- Job-specific training will be provided.
