We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team! As an Occupational Therapist, you will meet with several patients daily, discuss their treatment needs and goals, and craft customized, comprehensive therapy plans. You will work closely with other members of the patient’s care team to arrange follow-up care, help educate patients on lifestyle changes, and provide a positive, affirming presence in their lives.

The ideal candidate has a compassionate style, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and is comfortable handling multiple cases at a time.

• Meet with patients from many backgrounds and compassionately discuss their health concerns and therapy needs
• Conduct evaluations to determine a starting point for each patient
• Create a therapy plan specific to each patient to help them meet their mobility goals
• Work closely with other members of each patient’s care team to provide adequate follow-up care
• Maintain excellent records of patient therapy and progress

• Must hold the required state license for occupational therapy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
