We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Staffing Scheduler to join our team! This role is essential in ensuring proper staffing levels to provide high-quality care to our residents.

Staffing Scheduler Responsibilities:

• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage
• Coordinate shift changes, time-off requests, and replacements as needed
• Communicate scheduling updates with staff and department heads
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, overtime, and staffing compliance
• Assist with recruitment efforts to fill open shifts

Staffing Scheduler Qualifications:

• Prior experience in staffing/scheduling within a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
