As a leading medical practice specializing in orthopedic services, we are committed to providing quality care to our patients. Daily

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee daily office activities to ensure operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team.
  • Managing schedules to assure proper coverage
  • Manage time cards for payroll processing to ensure accurate compensation for staff in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain filing systems—both physical and electronic—and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Oversee front desk operations including multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, visitor management, and general reception duties.
  • Responsible for patient concerns, physician needs, and communication between departments
  • Support training & development initiatives aimed at enhancing team skills and operational knowledge.
  • Ensure staff have exceptional customer service skills and professional communication
Skills
  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a professional setting.
  • Supervising experience with demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Background in medical office management or similar environments is advantageous but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills

Salary And Benefits
  • Minimum Salary: $44,000.00
  • Maximum Salary: $50,000.00
