Job SummaryAs a Recruiting and Human Resources Assistant at Aculabs, you will play a key role in supporting the human resources department with phone screens, and additional administrative tasks, helping to ensure smooth day to day operations.

- Conduct phone screens with job applicants and document outcomes.
- Review applications.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling applicant and employee information.
- Scan, file, and organize documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in recruiting, administrative, or HR‑related role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software and Google Suite.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
