We are looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM with MRP Lead to oversee the planning and execution of production planning and quality management processes, with a strong emphasis on Materials Requirement Planning (MRP). The ideal candidate will serve as the subject matter expert, guiding the business and technical teams through SAP S/4

HANA or ECC implementations, rollouts, or optimization efforts.

• Lead SAP PP and QM process design, implementation, and support activities.
• Design and configure MRP strategies and parameters to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with production, planning, quality, and procurement teams to ensure integrated supply chain processes.
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and SAP system configurations.
• Manage master data setup relevant to PP, QM, and MRP (BOMs, Routings, Inspection Plans).
• Support integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, WM, FI/CO).
• Lead or support data migration, UAT, go-live, and hyper care phases.
• Provide training and support to end users and super users.
• Work with developers for any necessary custom enhancements or reports.
• Coordinate with offshore/onshore team members for global deployments.
• Someone who is open to travel 75% onsite.
• Only candidates with strong implementation experience who are available for full-time positions should apply

• 8+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP PP and QM
  , with at least 3 years in a Lead role
  .
• Strong expertise in MRP concepts and SAP MRP configuration.
• Experience with S/4
  
  HANA Projects is required.
• In‑depth understanding of manufacturing, shop floor, and quality processes.
• Experience in discrete and/or process manufacturing environments.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP master data in PP and QM.
• Strong integration knowledge with SAP MM, SD, and FI/CO.
• Experience in handling global implementations or rollouts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
