Job Summary
As a IT Support Technician at Aculabs, you will play a key role in providing day-to-day technical support for computer systems, peripherals, and basic network connectivity within a laboratory and office environment. This is an entry-level, hands-on support role focused on user assistance, equipment setup, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.

- Responds to employee requests for assistance
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic connectivity issues and provide timely resolutions
- Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access issues
- Assist with routine system checks and maintenance tasks
- Install and maintain approved software applications and updates
- Support the configuration and validation of data bridges between the CRM and the Laboratory Information System (LIS)
- Work alongside the CRM Administrator to assist with new client setup within the CRM system
- Support laboratory operations by ensuring IT systems and equipment remain functional and reliable
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding from a technical support and systems-access perspective
- Follow established IT policies, procedures, and security standards
- Entry-level position; prior IT experience preferred but not required
- 0–2 years of relevant experience or technical training is a plus
- Ability to work independently
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Working knowledge of:
- Windows operating systems
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Ability to learn CRM and LIS platforms used in a clinical laboratory setting
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow
